The United States Supreme Court will review the decision by the Ninth Circuit that found unconstitutional California's Proposition 8 which banned gay marriage.
Oral arguments are expected to take place around Mar 25-27, 2013, with a decision around June 27, 2013.

The high court will also review the Second Circuit's decision in the DOMA (Defense Against Marriage Act) case, in which the court held that a federal law defining marriage as a union between a man and a woman was unconstitutional.
